Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
The business lists hours on 1 day of the week. The most common schedule is 11:30 AMβ9:30 PM. Note that it does not open on Wednesday. Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have to say Iβm really disappointed in the quality of food I received today. I feel like itβs gone down or maybe I just went on a bad day for them? Who knows. The scallion pancakes are crispy and chip like texture, theyβre not like any traditional scallion pancake Iβve ever had. Just tasted like eating a greasy chip, just completely inedible. The pork belly buns are not like I remember - there was no scallions, no toppings just meat plopped between a bun. The spring rolls, for the extra amount you pay to get shrimp is maddening. Itβs like one shrimp butterflied throughout the spring roll and theyβre very small for the price you pay. Not to mention, the first bite I took had a small black hair in it. To say Iβm disappointed is such an understatement. I feel jipped todayβ¦

It was quiet, calm and the food was tasty. We had Garlic Tofu with vegetables and Schezwan chicken and both were tasty. Definitely will come again and have noodles.Veggie spring rolls were great as well.

Never seen food served this fast before! Aside from the incredible speed, the food itself was amazing and not too salty, which is hard to find. A must-visit if you are in town. Highly recommend!

First time ever trying Han Noodle Bar and it did not disappoint. We went in on a late night but it seems like that is the time to go! The food was absolutely delicious and served quickly. It was very filling and I was able to take some home for leftovers. Service was good and atmosphere was fun. I will definitely be recommending this place when someone I know is in Rochester again!

Atmosphere is open space layout, with tall ceilings and an open kitchen. Service is fast and very friendly. My friend eats gluten free and the server was so attentive and helpful in assisting her what is good to eat that is gf. The food was delicious!! it was so reasonably priced. We had the freshly made pork dumplings, crab ragoons, shrimp lomein, and a Singapore dish. I will definitely be coming back because itβs the best lo mein Iβve had locally.
